Set it up in 5 steps

Create a program in Streakfox and copy the widget snippet.
In Shopify, paste it into Online Store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid.
Add your domain to the project's allowed origins.
Set data-event to your program's action and data-member to the signed-in member's email or ID.
Send a completed action to the program's incoming URL using the same member value. Verify processed progress before going live.
